At BRANDONE, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of personal care items, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference

  • Opened or used products

✅ Refunds for Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

To claim a refund:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at shoppingry01@gmail.com

  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and damaged product

  3. Include your order number

Once verified, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 working days.
